1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Routtr (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You’re responsible for the accuracy of registration information and for safeguarding your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Company (Tenant) Accounts
When you register, you may create or join a company account (“Tenant”). The Tenant’s designated owners/administrators control membership, roles, and data within the Tenant. You acknowledge that your access to Tenant data is controlled by your Tenant’s administrators.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Access to paid features requires a valid subscription. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for all applicable fees and taxes. Prices and features may change with notice.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Do not attempt to access accounts or data without authorization.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Your Content & Data
You (or your Tenant) retain ownership of the content and data you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Customer Data as necessary to provide and improve the Service and to comply with law.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy (which explains how we collect, use, and share information). We implement reasonable security measures, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party products or services. Your use of those is governed by the third party’s terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
9. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, designs, and trademarks. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service.
10. Beta Features
We may offer features labeled as “beta,” “preview,” or similar. These are provided “as is,” may change without notice, and may be subject to additional terms.
11. Availability & Support
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. Support levels may vary by plan. We may suspend or limit the Service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.
12. Termination
