Guide new field service teams from onboarding through expansion and ensure adoption of Routtr best practices.

Build trusted relationships with owners, office staff, and dispatchers by delivering onboarding playbooks,
leading QBRs, and surfacing product feedback to the roadmap.

- 4+ years in customer success or account management for SaaS
- Excellent communicator with a knack for training in-person and over Zoom
- Comfortable with Salesforce/HubSpot and usage analytics tooling
